I am a globetrotter. I have an unsatiable curiosity about the culture, cultures, design, artifacts and customs around the world. Also a love of nature in all its stunning and glorious forms.
This has driven me to more than 65 countries so far – with more of the world still waiting to be explored. With my backpack I’ll bus, trek or ferry around the country in question running into local people’s generosity and customs.
The Kati on the Road -travelog is a postcard to a friend from all corners of the world. The blog was started in 2008 on a trip to Syria, Turkey and Jordan. By now the blog covers travel to around 20 different countries on many continents.
